13 week group facilitated by trained survivors
Open Groups
Meets bi-weekly and is an open door group, topics of discussion vary.
What to Expect during “Closed Group” sessions
A calm, judgement free space
Christ-centered, trauma-informed teaching each week
Group discussion (optional, share only what you want to)
Practical tools for emotional, spiritual, and relational healing
Trained facilitators who walk with you throughout the journey
